Where are we located?

We are locally, in Canal Winchester and Hilliard. We are a family-owned business, and our products are handmade in our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

Orders are processed each business day, Monday-Friday, before 8 AM. If your order is placed after 8 AM, it will be processed on the next business day. Orders are NOT processed on the weekend. Please allow 1-3 more business days for packing and shipping. Once your label is printed for your order, you will receive an email or text with your tracking number if you have created an account. If an account is not created, the timing to receive the tracking number will take longer. The tracking number will allow you to track your order from our warehouse to your door.
